A free international conference about legal regime, state control and stock companies in the Southern Cone is taking place on August 20th, 2021. The event is organized by universities located in South America, including The Catholic University of Santa Fe (UCSF, ILAIS Partner), the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grandeo do Sul (PUCRS, ILAIS Partner), and the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso (PUCV, ILAIS Partner), as well as the University of the Republic (UDELAR).
